I would love to find some cute, organic, inexpensive clothes that are compatible with breastfeeding. I know I’m asking for a lot here but wouldn’t that be awesome? I currently don’t fit in any of my old shirts since my boobs decided to go from a 32 A to a 36 D or DD depending on who you ask. I knew when I got pregnant that my boobs would get bigger but seriously??? This is outrageous! I have a few formal events coming up in May and will be around a bunch of family and in a ton of pictures so I would like to look cute, be comfy and still have the ability to breastfeed discreetly. I’ve been searching everywhere and closest I’ve found is Athleta, but they aren’t inexpensive and not all of their clothes are organic…
Any better ideas??

I feel your frustration on this matter. With both of my pregnancies i didn’t even wear maternity clothes. My tummy din’t get as big as some women while pregnant, but in the later months i was showing pretty good to where my clothes didn’t fit around the waste, and it was quite uncomfortable, not to mention (self- embarrassment). By the time i needed maternity clothes, i was so close to my due date that i didn’t bother. I do breastfeed with my current bundle of joy (who is 3 months), and i also breastfed my first (who is now almost 5). I use Maternity Soft-Cup Nursing Bra’s. Thank god for those, because like you mentioned, my breast also are on the big size, especially now, and these are so comfy and easily convenient when it comes to feeding time. I tend to wear over-sized t-shirts more than the girly shirts anyway, so finding something comfy in that matter is never really an issue for me. I would try maybe try e-bay, or maybe amazon.com to check out there inventory. These sites sale a variety of maternity clothes. Though i am not sure about organic, but i do know they have plenty of maternity clothes to choose from and i am sure you can find something to your liking, or at least something suitable for your upcoming events you mentioned. Sorry if i wasn’t much help.
Blessed be.
